Whenever we make mention of Samsung, chances are one would think of the numerous smartphones, tablets and phablets that the company has churned out over the years. Samsung has adopted a very wide user base, targeting various, if not all, levels of the market – including the likes of the entry level to the mid-range and of course, the high end market. In the phablet segment, there is their flagship Galaxy Note 4 which has yet to be announced officially this year, although it seems that there is another mid-range model to keep it company as spotted in a GFXBenchmark, that is, the Samsung SM-G739F. While the Samsung SM-G739F does feature a 5.5” display, the rest of its innards are pretty much mediocre in terms of performance, and it is not going to blow anyone’s minds away anytime soon. Sporting a resolution count of 720 x 1,280 pixels, you will find a quad-core 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 processor running proceedings from within alongside an Adreno 305 GPU to handle whatever graphics tasks that you throw at it. Apart from that, this particular model will sport 1.3GB RAM and 12GB of internal memory, which are odd numbers for sure in the industry. A 7MP camera is located at the back, alongside a 2MP snapper in front for those selfie moments. It is nice to know, however, that Android 4.4.4 KitKat comes right out of the box. Hopefully more details will be revealed in due time.
